Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on www.moveuniforms.co.ke, by WhatsApp, by phone or in our shop. Move Uniforms is operated by Movetech Solutions Ltd, a company based in Nairobi, Kenya. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About us
Move Uniforms sells school uniforms, sportswear and accessories to individuals, schools and organisations. You can contact us on +254 720 149 329 (call or WhatsApp), +254 181 660 659, or moveuniforms@gmail.com.
2. Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and show our products accurately. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the actual item, and illustrations are used where photographs are not yet available. Sizes are approximate; please use our uniform size guide. If an item you receive differs materially from its description, contact us within 7 days.
3. Prices
- All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include any applicable taxes.
- Prices depend on the size chosen and are shown on each product page before you buy.
- Some items are marked "Ask for price"; their price is confirmed by us before you pay.
- Delivery fees are shown at checkout and added to the order total.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already paid for.
- If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud; in that case we refund any amount paid in full. For bulk and custom orders, a separate quotation sets out the items, prices, deposit and delivery date, and forms part of these terms and conditions.
5. Payment
Payment is made by M-Pesa Express (STK Push) on our website, or by M-Pesa or bank transfer for bulk orders. We never ask for or store your M-Pesa PIN. If you are charged but your order is not confirmed, contact us with your M-Pesa receipt code and we will resolve it. See how to pay with M-Pesa.
6. Delivery
We deliver within Nairobi and countrywide by courier, or you can collect from our Nairobi shop. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak seasons, weather, public holidays or courier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. 7. Exchanges and returns
- Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at no extra cost if reported within 7 days.
- Customised, embroidered or printed items are not returnable unless faulty.
- Opened or worn socks cannot be returned, for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds are made by M-Pesa to the paying number.
8. Custom and embroidered orders
For custom colours, logos and embroidery, you confirm that you have the right to use any logo or design you send us. You are responsible for checking and approving samples and proofs. Small variations in colour and stitch are normal in production and do not count as faults.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the items concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 of Kenya.
10. Website use
You may use our website for personal shopping and information. You must not misuse the site, attempt to access its systems without permission or interfere with its operation. Content on this site belongs to Movetech Solutions Ltd.
11. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our privacy policy, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if not resolved, will be handled by the courts of Kenya.
