- Payment details: the phone number used for M-Pesa, the amount, and the M-Pesa receipt code. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
- Communications: messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or order notes.
- Technical data: basic information such as your IP address and browser type, collected in server logs for security.
- Bulk orders: learner names, sizes or class lists that a school provides for packing, and logos for embroidery.

- To take payment and confirm it with Safaricom M-Pesa.

- couriers and delivery riders, who need your name, phone number and address to deliver;
- our hosting and email providers, who store data on our behalf under confidentiality; and

Our customers are parents, guardians, schools and organisations. Where a school shares learners' names or sizes for bulk orders, we use them only to pack and deliver that order and delete them when no longer needed.
7. How we protect your information
Our website uses HTTPS encryption. Admin access is password-protected and limited to authorised staff. Payments are made directly through Safaricom, so card or PIN details never pass through our site.
8. How long we keep your information
We keep order and payment records for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (generally up to seven years), and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.
9. Cookies
Our website uses a small number of essential cookies to keep your shopping cart and session working. We do not use cookies to sell your data.
