- Trousers, shorts and dresses — in your school's colour and check.
- Tracksuits and fleece jackets — with printed or embroidered logos.

- Accessories — ties, scarves, marvins, socks and school shoes.
- Sports balls — footballs, netballs and volleyballs for games departments.
How bulk school uniforms orders work
- Send your list. WhatsApp or email us the items, colours, quantities per size, and your logo.
- Get a quotation. We send a quote with prices, fabric options, branding costs and a delivery date.
- Approve a sample. For custom colours or embroidery, we can prepare a sample for approval.
- Confirm and pay a deposit by M-Pesa or bank transfer.
- Production and packing. We produce, embroider and pack by class, house or learner name.
- Delivery. We deliver to your school anywhere in Kenya and you pay the balance.
Logo embroidery and branding
Embroidery gives bulk school uniforms a neat, permanent finish that does not crack or peel. We embroider school badges on sweaters, shirts, fleece jackets and tracksuits, and print logos, house names or event titles on T-shirts. Send your logo as a clear image or PDF; if you only have a photo of an old badge, we can help recreate it.
Custom colours and patterns
Every school has its own look. For bulk school uniforms we can match sweater colours and stripe combinations, dress checks such as blue-and-white or red-and-white gingham, and tie and scarf stripes. Send a photo of your current uniform, or a sample item, and we will match it as closely as possible.
Volume pricing
Bulk school uniforms are priced by quantity, item and branding. Larger orders get better prices. Our standard online prices by size are a useful guide — for example, school shirts start at KSh 400 and school sweaters at KSh 750 — and your quotation will show volume discounts where they apply.
Sizing a whole class
For new intakes, we can share a simple size form for parents or class teachers to fill in, or provide a recommended size spread based on the age group. For existing classes, a list of sizes per learner gives the best results. See our uniform size guide.
Packing and delivery
We pack bulk school uniforms by class, house or individual learner, with labels, so distribution on opening day is quick. Delivery is to the school gate within Nairobi and countrywide by courier or our own transport for large orders.
Lead times
Stock items in standard colours can be delivered quickly. Custom colours and embroidered items take longer, depending on quantity. Before the January, May and September openings, demand is high — please contact us at least three to four weeks ahead.
Who we work with
Public and private primary schools, junior and senior schools, academies, ECD centres, churches and Sunday schools, sports clubs and academies, children's homes, sponsorship and feeding programmes, and companies needing branded fleece jackets or T-shirts for staff.

Bulk school uniforms for sponsorship programmes
Children's homes, churches, NGOs and sponsorship programmes often need complete uniforms for children attending many different schools. We can handle these mixed bulk school uniforms orders too: send a list of each child, their school and the required items, and we will pack each child's uniform separately with their name, ready for distribution.
Repeat orders
Once your colours and logos are set up, repeat orders for new intakes are quick. We keep a record of your designs so every new batch of bulk school uniforms matches the last one.
