Uniform Delivery & Returns in Kenya
We offer fast, reliable uniform delivery to every part of Kenya. Whether you live in Nairobi, a county town or a rural area, your school uniforms can reach you at home, at your child's school or at a courier office near you. This page explains our uniform delivery options, fees and timelines, and our exchange and returns policy.
Uniform delivery options
- Free pick-up from our Nairobi shop — collect your order at no cost once we confirm it is ready.
- Uniform delivery within Nairobi — 1 to 2 working days, KSh 300.
- Countrywide uniform delivery by courier — 2 to 4 working days to your nearest town, KSh 500.
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Orders above the free-delivery amount shown at the top of every page qualify for free uniform delivery, so it is worth combining items for siblings or ordering the full uniform at once.
How uniform delivery works
- Place your order and pay with M-Pesa.
- We pack your order, usually the same or next working day.
- For Nairobi uniform delivery, our rider calls you to confirm the location before arriving.
- For countrywide uniform delivery, we send your parcel with a trusted courier and share the details with you by SMS or WhatsApp.
- Collect from the courier office with your ID, or receive it at your door where the courier offers doorstep delivery.
Uniform delivery timelines
Most Nairobi orders arrive within one to two working days. Countrywide orders usually arrive within two to four working days, depending on distance. Remote areas may take a little longer. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
During peak back-to-school weeks — early January, late April and late August — demand is very high. We recommend ordering one to two weeks before schools open to avoid last-minute stress. Made-to-order items, embroidered items and bulk orders take longer; we confirm the date when you order.
Uniform delivery to schools
Schools and institutions ordering in bulk can have their uniforms delivered directly to the school, packed by class or by learner. For boarding schools, parents can also ask us to deliver directly to the school; please include the school name, location and your child's name and admission number in the order notes.
Tracking your order
You can check your order status at any time on our track my order page using your order number and phone number. We also contact you when your order is dispatched.
Exchanges
Children grow fast, and sizes are not always obvious. If an item does not fit, you can exchange it for another size within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- the item is unworn and unwashed;
- original tags and packaging are attached; and
- you have your order number.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you need. If the new size costs more or less, we settle the difference by M-Pesa. Exchange delivery costs are covered by the customer unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong item.
Returns and refunds
If an item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. For other returns, unworn items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days; refunds are sent by M-Pesa once we receive and check the item.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items embroidered, printed or customised for a school or organisation, unless faulty.
- Socks that have been opened or worn, for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
Packing and checking your uniform delivery
Every order is checked against your order list before it leaves us: item, size, colour and quantity. Items are folded and packed in a sealed bag or box labelled with your order number. When you receive your uniform delivery, please open it and check the items as soon as possible. If anything is missing or incorrect, contact us within seven days with your order number and a photo, and we will fix it quickly.
For bulk orders, we include a packing list so the school can check quantities by class, house or learner before distribution.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Nairobi uniform delivery is available on many Saturdays; contact us to confirm. Courier services vary by location.
Can someone else receive my order?
Yes. Add their name and phone number in the order notes.
What if I miss the delivery?
Our rider or the courier will call you to arrange a new time or collection point.
