About Move Uniforms — School Uniform Supplier in Nairobi
Move Uniforms is a school uniform supplier based in Nairobi and the uniform branch of Movetech Solutions Ltd. We sell school uniforms, sportswear and accessories online to parents, schools and organisations across all 47 counties, with M-Pesa payment and countrywide delivery. Our tagline says what we are about: uniforms for a brighter tomorrow.
Why we started
Every January, May and September, Kenyan parents face the same challenge. The uniform list is long, the town shops are crowded, popular sizes run out, and a whole day disappears in queues and matatus. Many families outside Nairobi have to travel just to find the right colour sweater. We believed a modern school uniform supplier could make this simpler: clear prices, every size listed online, payment from your phone and delivery to your door.
What we supply
As a school uniform supplier, we cover the items on most primary, junior and senior school lists:
- School sweaters — plain and striped V-neck, sizes 22–42.
- School shirts — short and long sleeve, white, light blue and cream.
- School trousers and shorts — grey, navy blue, khaki and black.
- School dresses — gingham check and solid colours.
- School T-shirts — plain and striped.
- Tracksuits, fleece jackets and sportswear, including sports balls.
- Accessories — school shoes, socks, ties, scarves and marvins.
We also provide logo embroidery and branding for schools and organisations.
What makes us a different school uniform supplier
Clear prices by size
We list the price for every size on every product page. Smaller sizes cost less, and you see exactly what you will pay before checkout. No guesswork and no surprises.
Durable fabrics, professional stitching
Uniforms are worn every day and washed every week. We choose pill-resistant knits for sweaters, easy-care fabric for shirts and tough suiting for trousers, shorts and dresses, with reinforced seams and deep hems.
Help before you buy
Not sure which size or colour? Message us on WhatsApp with your child's age and measurements, or a photo of the uniform list, and we will advise. A good school uniform supplier should save you time, not create more questions.
Easy exchanges
If a size does not fit, you can exchange unworn items within seven days. See our delivery and returns policy.
Simple M-Pesa payment
Checkout uses M-Pesa Express. Approve the prompt on your phone and your order is confirmed. Read how to pay with M-Pesa.
A school uniform supplier for schools and institutions
Beyond individual parents, we work with schools, PTA committees, churches, clubs, children's homes, sponsorship programmes and companies. We match school colours, embroider badges and logos, pack orders by class and deliver to the school gate. Our bulk school uniforms page explains how it works.
Where we deliver
We are based in Nairobi and deliver within the city in one to two working days. For the rest of Kenya — Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Nyeri, Machakos, Meru, Kakamega, Garissa and everywhere in between — we send orders by courier, usually within two to four working days. You can also collect from our Nairobi shop for free.
Part of Movetech Solutions Ltd
Move Uniforms is a branch of Movetech Solutions Ltd, a Nairobi-based company that builds technology and business solutions. That background is why we invested in a proper online store with M-Pesa integration and order tracking: we wanted our school uniform supplier service to be as easy as possible for busy families.
How we choose what we sell
As a school uniform supplier, we focus on the items schools actually ask for, in the colours they actually use. We listen to parents, teachers and bursars about what fails first — pilling sweaters, collars that go soft, seams that split, colours that fade — and choose products that solve those problems. When a school needs something special, such as a particular check or stripe, we work with them on a custom order rather than offering a near match.
We also believe a school uniform supplier should be honest about price. That is why every size has its own listed price, why delivery fees are shown before payment, and why items we cannot price online are clearly marked so you can ask before you buy.
Our commitment to schools and families
Uniforms are a significant expense for many Kenyan households, often arriving at the same time as school fees, books and transport costs. As a school uniform supplier, we take that seriously. We aim to keep prices fair, to help parents choose the right size the first time so nothing is wasted, and to make exchanges easy when a size is wrong. For schools, we aim to deliver complete, correctly packed orders on time for opening day, so learners can start the term ready.
Looking ahead
We are steadily growing our range, including more accessories, sportswear and branded items, and we welcome feedback from schools about what they would like us to stock. If you are looking for a reliable school uniform supplier for your school or organisation, we would be glad to talk.
